Sushant Singh Rajput Death: CBI To Meet SSR’s Sister Meetu Singh; ‘Honey-Trap’ Charge To Be Probed- REPORTS

On Wednesday, the Supreme Court ordered the CBI to take over the probe in Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case. Several Bollywood celebs, Sushant’s family as well as fans hailed the Supreme Court’s verdict and heaved a sigh of relief. Now, as CBI has taken over Sushant Singh Rajput’s death probe, reports state that CBI will soon meet Sushant’s sister Meetu Singh, and that alleged ‘honey- trap’ charges will be probed. Sushant’s flatmates will also reportedly be questioned by the CBI.

According to Times Now, CBI will question Sushant’s flatmates soon, as well as speak to the staff and friends of Sushant Singh Rajput. A source informed that they will be speaking to Dipesh Sawant, Neeraj, Keshav and other staff members of Sushant. Times Now also reported that the CBI will meet Sushant’s sister Meetu Singh too. The source added that Sushant’s family alleged ‘honey-trap’ charges and those charges will be probed as well.

Meanwhile, Times Now also reports that the CBI teams will visit Sushant’s flat where he allegedly died by suicide.

After Supreme Court’s verdict on Wednesday, Sushant’s family released a statement on social media that read, “We, Sushant's family thank our friends, well-wishers media and millions of fans worldwide for their love for Sushant and support for us. We are particularly thankful to Shri Nitesh Kumar, Hon'ble Chief Minister, Bihar for setting the wheel of justice in motion.
