Ever since the Centre approved of CBI probe in Sushant Singh Rajput's death case, the latter has swung into action. Now, if a recent development by ANI is anything to go by, the CBI has registered an FIR against all the accused in the late actor's suicide case. The list includes his girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty, her brother Showik Chakraborty, Rhea's parents, Rhea's manager Shruti Modi, Sushant's house manager Samuel Miranda and an unnamed person. A copy of the alleged FIR has surfaced on social media and it sees various offences, coming under the IPC sections, placed on all the accused people.
ANI reported, "After getting the notification from Government of India, CBI is in the process of registration of the case. We are also in touch with Bihar Police: Central Bureau of Investigation on #SushantSinghRajputCase." The portal continued, "#UPDATE - CBI registers case against 6 accused and others in #SushanthSinghRajput death case: Central Bureau of Investigation." In other news, the CBI has formed a Special Investigation Team (SIT) to handle Sushant Singh Rajput's death case. The team will be lead by DGP and an investigation officer.
"On Thursday, the Central Bureau of Investigation got in touch with the Bihar Police to collect all the details from their investigation in the matter. CBI’s elite SIT (Special Investigation Team) will probe Sushant Singh case. According to the sources, the SIT will be headed by Manoj Sashidhar, DIG Gagandeep Ghambir to supervise the probe and Anil Yadav will be the investigation officer," reported Republic TV.
