The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is currently probing actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case after the Supreme Court’s order. The Special Investigation Team (CBI) of CBI later sought help of a special forensic experts team from AIIMS to help with the investigation. Amidst the ongoing investigation, today, an audiotape of AIIMS panel chief Dr Sudhir Gupta claiming that SSR was murdered was reported. In a significant development in the actor Sushant Singh Rajput death case, Republic reported that the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has issued a statement after the AIIMS leak.
According to the report, the CBI has issued a statement confirming that they are still investigating actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case. The report states that on Monday, the CBI said that the probe into SSR’s death case is still in process and that all the aspects of the investigation are being looked into thoroughly, which also includes the homicide angle.
The statement also indicates that the homicide angle is not ruled out yet by CBI’s Special Investigating Team, despite the AIIMS panel chief Dr Sudhir Gupta’s alleged leak. This development in the Sushant Singh Rajput death case comes six hours after an audiotape of the AIIMS panel chief was reported wherein he suggested that SSR was murdered. He had mentioned that the crime scene was contaminated to an extent that it was unfit for forensic examination with any sanctity.
