This morning, in a massive development, Chairman of AIIMS Forensic Medical Board, Dr Sudhir Gupta’s leaked audiotape has taken social media by storm. The leaked audio of AIIMS Forensic Head Dr. Sudhir Gupta, accessed by Times Now, has him claiming that ‘Sushant Singh Rajput was murdered’. The tape clearly contradicts the murder theory in Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case by the forensic team after analyzing the Cooper Hospital’s post-mortem report.

After calling his death a ‘suicide’ in the recent report submitted to the CBI, Dr. Gupta on August 22, had said in a statement to Republic TV, that the crime scene was nit being ‘forensically suitable for examination.’ Now Dr. Gupta’s WhatsApp chats dated August 11 raising questions on Cooper Hospital's post-mortem report is raising eyebrows. As per Republic Dr. Gupta’s questions read as follows:

The panel of five doctors of Cooper conducted autopsy...only one is junior level forensic doctor...rest 4 are just medical officers.

The panel must be of forensic specialist as per norms

Who constituted medical board?

Why medical board?

What was justification for medical board...by police?

What police was apprehended?

Where is nail clips of Susant?

Why preserved viscera?

Is viscera report consistent with medical observation?

In August, during his interview with Republic, Dr. Gupta had said, “I will have a look at it and also the loopholes in the autopsy report. Firstly, why was the autopsy done in such a hurry? Then, was any videography done?” “It's a surprise to see that the crime scene has not been kept intact. It has been contaminated. Not forensically suitable for further examination for suitable forensic evidence,” he had added further.  (ALSO READ: Sushant Singh Rajput's Sister Shweta Singh REACTS To AIIMS Doctor Sudhir Gupta's Leaked Audio Tape Claiming ‘He Was Murdered’)
