In a shocking turn of events, Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput has committed suicide and was found dead at his residence in Bandra, Mumbai, earlier this morning. According to a report in Aaj Tak, the Bollywood actor hung himself at his home in Mumbai. The tragic news comes days after his former manager Disha Salian was found dead after falling off a high rise.
Sushant Singh Rajput, who starting acting in television shows, shot to fame with his role in Pavitra Rishta, in which he played the lead role. The actor then made his debut on the big screen with Abhishek Kapoor's Kai Po Che, which was based on Chetan Bhagat's novel The Three Mistakes of My Life.
Sushant gained a lot of popularity after Kai Po Che, and his performance was praised by one and all. After that, he went on to star in Shuddh Desi Romance, PK, Detective Byomkesh Bakshi, M.S Dhoni: The Untold Story, Kedarnath, Sonchiriya among others. He was last seen in Chhichhore, which also starred Shraddha Kapoor, Varun Sharma.
After his former manager Disha Salian's death a few days ago, Sushant Singh Rajput had expressed his grief. he had written, "It's such a devastating news. My deepest condolences to Disha's family and friends. May your soul rest in peace."
