On May 26, Sushant Singh Rajput's flatmate Siddharth Pithani was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in Hyderabad, and he was reportedly brought to Mumbai on a transit warrant obtained from a local court there. Siddharth was arrested in connection with a drugs probe that came to light after Sushant Singh Rajput’s death. Now, according to a report on the Internet, Siddharth Pithani has made new revelations to the NCB.
According to a report in Republic, Siddharth revealed the names of the people who were close to Sushant, and those who can be summoned for interrogation by the NCB. Sources informed the news channel that Siddharth also dropped Samuel Miranda’s name. Samuel was Sushant’s former house manager. Last year, Samuel had been summoned by the agencies investigating Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case. The report also states that more people will be summoned by the NCB in the next few days.
A few days after Siddharth Pithani’s arrest, Sushant Singh Rajput’s house help Neeraj and his cook Keshav had also been summoned for interrogation by the NCB. Today, Sushant Singh Rajput’s bodyguard was also summoned by the NCB for questioning for second day in a row.
Sushant Singh Rajput passed away on June 14 last year. The drug angle in connection with Sushant’s death came to light last year, when the Enforcement Directorate (ED) had been investigating Sushant’s death, and had shared alleged chats about substance use with the NCB.
