Bollywood actor Suniel Shetty is scared to share his thoughts on social media. Yes, you read that right! The actor in a new interview talked about how social media is destroying lives and that how celebrities are forced to be diplomatic to avoid getting trolled. The Hera Pheri actor explained that one sentence of celeb is edited in 15 different ways and is showcased in different ways on the internet.

Speaking with Ranveer Allahbadia on his talk show, the 61-year-old actor mentioned that he gets hurt when people abusing him and his family for no reason. Suniel stated, “Today’s time of social media there is no privacy, and it destroys your life," Suniel further explained how one sentence of a celeb is edited in 15 different ways and showcased in 15 different ways. "It (social media) destroyed our lives. You know it has made it impossible. I’m scared to talk.” He added, “People are abusing me, my family, calling my daughter a b***h, calling my mother, for what? It hurts.”



The Dhadkan actor went on to state that he would not be quiet over people trolling him on social media. “I'm a Shetty boy. I would never keep quiet. Today they'd say 'You know he’s using his strength to do this’ and not realising how much the other individual has probably damaged me and hurt me,” he explained. Work-wise, Suniel Shetty in his career spanning over 30 years, he has acted in over 100 films and is best known for his performance in movies such as Gopi Kishan, Mohra, Dhadkan, Hera Pheri, Border and others. He was recently seen playing the role of Thalaivan- a gangster in the web show  Dharavi Bank which marked her OTT debut.

Suniel will next be seen in the upcoming comedy 'Hera Pheri 3' that will reunite him with Akshay Kumar and Paresh Rawal.
