A day after members of VHP (Vishwa Hindu Parishad) protested the shoot of Shah Rukh Khan’s Raees in Bhuj, the film is back on track. Producer Ritesh Sidhwani took to Twitter to inform SRK fans about it.

Ritesh thanked the government and police force of Bhuj for their cooperation.

VHP had opposed the shoot of Raees yesterday, objecting against SRK’s comments on 'intolerance'. The actor had courted controversy when he stated in an interview in November last year that not being secular is “the worst crime you can do as a patriot.” The actor had later stated that his comments were misconstrued.

VHP had approached Bhuj’s district officer demanding that they withdraw the permission given for the shooting of Raees.
