Maharashtra residents, who were planning to see Shah Rukh Khan's Raees co-star Mahira Khan's film Bin Roye in theatres next weekend, may not realise their plans. Looks like Salman Khan starrer Bajrangi Bhaijaan will be a solo release.

SpotboyE.com has it that MNS has raised a strong objection to the film and are making all the arrangements to ensure that it doesn't hit the theatres on its appointed date of July 17.

Confirming the news, Ameya Khopkar, president of Maharashtra Navnirman Chitrapat Sena, the film wing of the MNS, said, "I have always dissuaded the release of Pakistani films in Maharashtra. Why should Mahira Khan's film be an exception? We will not allow Bin Roye to release in Maharashtra."

Buzz is, MNS has made the filmmakers in question agree that he will not slot his film in theatres in the state. However, Ameya said, "No, he has not signed up on anything with us. We have only had a chat with his team and made our stand clear."

What if the filmmakers still go ahead and release the film on Friday? "We'll see then," Ameya quipped.

Bin Roye stars Mahira along with Armeena Rana Khan and Humayun Saeed in lead roles and is directed by Shahzad Kashmiri and Momina Duraid.
