Amitabh Bachchan has gone for a check-up to Lilavati
Hospital (Bandra).
There is no confirmed news yet whether he has been admitted, but few sources
say that might be the case.
Lilavati Hospital
A source says, "Bachchan has been complaining of neck and spine pain for a
while, so he's been in and out of Lilavati for regular check- ups. Today is one
more such."
The call on whether he stays back in the hospital tonight will be taken shortly.
For those who've come in late, Bachchan had diagnosed
positive on spine TB in 2000.
The superstar had revealed that he was diagnosed with the disease on the day he
started shooting for his hit show, KBC. “In 2000, I was detected with TB and
went through a very rigorous treatment for almost a year. I contracted TB on
the day I was going to start TV show KBC. It was a TB of spine. It’s very
uncomfortable. You cannot sit or lie down. Most of the time, I was on 8-10 pain
killers a day just to survive the period when I was anchoring the game
show.”

Sources say that the spine problem, which has suddenly
become quite painful of late, erupted about a month ago.
We wish Amitabh Bachchan a speedy recovery.
