Sonu Sood emerged as a hero in the last six months for tirelessly working in the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic helping the ones in need. From helping the migrant workers to reach their desired destinations to helping the ones facing financial crunch in medical treatment, studies and more, the actor has been praised and recognized for his good work. Hence, the makers of this Telugu film have decided to infuse this in his upcoming film as per reports in Mumbai Mirror.
The makers of his Telugu film Kandireega 2011 who have its sequel in making have decided to give his onscreen character a larger-than-life feel. This film which is said to have been inspired from Varun Dhawan’s Main Tera Hero will have the makers reworking on the script. Sonu said, “Despite having already completed 80 per cent of the film, the makers decided to make my character larger-than-life, based on the work that I’ve been doing. I’ll be facing the camera for the first time today and it will be with all new dialogues.”
The actor has flown to Hyderabad with his wife, to wrap up one week's schedule of his project and be back in Mumbai to shoot for Yash Raj Films’ Prithviraj around October 7 or 8. He said, “Then I will return to Hyderabad. I also have a few ads to shoot for, which I will do in the evenings. Over the next few months, I’ll have to work double shifts.”
