Sonu Sood is ‘very sad’ after he learnt that a 25-year-old boy passed away due to COVID-19. His team was trying to save him despite knowing that his survival chances were minimal

Apart from sharing updates on the patients’ health, actor Sonu Sood also expresses grief whenever he comes to know that someone has lost their battle to the novel Coronavirus. Similarly, the actor who has been the ray of hope for many across the country ever since the pandemic hit the country, took to his Twitter handle to mourn the death of a 25-year-old boy. Sood mentioned he is feeling ‘very sad’ after he learnt that the boy passed away due to COVID-19. His team was trying to save him despite knowing that his survival chances were minimal.

Taking it to his micro-blogging site, Sood wrote, “A 25 years boy whom we were trying to save,  lost his battle to covid today. All these days despite knowing that his survival chances of survival were minimal. l would  speak to the doctor everyday with hope. Never had the guts to share the reality with his parents, who knew what was coming.” He continued in another tweet saying, “When u lose someone, u wish u could save someone. Another 29 year young bodybuider whom we saved is now critical in a hospital in telangana. Spoke to the inconsolable sister for 20 mins and gave her hope. Feel very sad to see so much of sorrow around. God be kind”

Fans then quickly came in his support and tried to cheer him up. A fan wrote, “@SonuSood   atleast sir, you n every one involved Helping others  have tried their best. Lastly , it's all god's choice. We can pray that God gives strength to family. U r grt  @SonuSood  sir. God bless u” while the other one said, “I know it's hard to digest such bitter facts...bht lemme tell u sonu sood you have been a real life saviours...May God bless you with abundance of such pious efforts”
