Sonu Sood has become a messiah for migrants ever since he started with his initiative ‘Ghar Bhejo Movement.’ For the past few months, Sonu Sood has sent thousands of migrants home after the lockdown was imposed due to Coronavirus. Every other day pictures or videos of the Paltan actor bidding adieu to the migrants at bus stops, railway stations and at the airport make its way to the social media. But recently what a migrant has down in return for Sonu Sood will always be remembered by the actor. 

A migrant, who was sent back to his hometown, has opened a new shop there. As a heartfelt gesture, the same boy has now named his shop after the actor's name and the picture of the same has surfaced on social media. He has named his welding shop 'Sonu Sood Welding Work Shop'. This boy was airlifted by Sonu from Cochin to Odisha. Sonu Sood recently announced that he will also be transferring funds into the bank account of some workers too. Well, Singh Is Kingg actor’s this gesture is being applauded by one and all. 

Recently, Sonu Sood was in the news for donating 25k face shields to Mumbai Police. Tweeting about the same Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh wrote, “I thank @SonuSood Ji for your generous contribution of giving 25,000 #FaceShields for our police personnel.” Replying to Home Minster, the actor wrote, “Truly honoured by your kind words Sir! My police brothers and sisters are our real heroes and this is the least that I can do for the commendable work which they have been doing.
