Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani are on cloud nine as their recent release, Shershaah received thumbs up from the viewers. Adding one more feather to his cap is the movie inaugurating the first Himalayan Film Festival. The actor was honoured by the Minister of Information & Broadcasting, Anurag Thakur. Sidharth attended the inaugural ceremony in a teal green blazer with a polo neck black tee paired with matching trousers. Completing his look with shiny pair of shoes and sunglasses, he looked dapper.
Delighted to be part of this festival, Sidharth shared pictures on Instagram, with a note. His caption read, “Inaugurated the 1st Himalayan Film Festival with 'Shershaah' today. It was a complete honour to have shared the stage with our honourable Union Minister for I&B, Mr. Anurag Thakur. Thank you for having us” Followed by thanking Leh for a warm welcome, he wrote, “Thank you Leh for being a warm host yet again! Until we meet next time...”
Kiara Advani who is currently in Mumbai, as she could not attend the event, shared on her INSTA Stories, feeling extra special for their movie marking the opening of the first film festival in the Himalayas. Text on her INSTA Stories’ read, “Physically in Mumbai but my heart is in Ladakh! Leh will always feel extra special as I gave my first ever shot for my very first film in this beautiful town. It’s such a proud moment seeing our film Shershaah being honoured at the First Himalayan Film Festival.”
