Well, one of it is Yoga, the actress swears by it and how. Today she dropped a video performing Cycling Yoga flow, or the Pada Sanchalanasana. In her caption as well as in the video she showed how people usually perform this asana which is incorrect. Followed by showing the correct way to do it and ripping the benefits of it.
She also penned down the benefits of it in her caption, if done in the right way. A part of her Instagram caption read, “While dedicating time to fitness is important, it is also very important to understand the technique and flow of each exercise for it to be fully effective,” followed by speaking about its benefits. She further wrote in her caption, “This asana strengthens abdominal and lower back muscles. It is good for the hip and knee joints. It also stimulates the digestive system and helps cure digestive troubles.”
