a woman cannot be assured of her safety anywhere.
Besides Kalki,
there are many Bollywood actresses who have been molested in public.
1. Deepika Padukone

Deepika who has always been polite to her fans was touched
inappropriately by a man in the crowd at a magazine launch in the year 2015.
2. Rhea Chakraborty

The VJ-actress, Rhea was molested in Mumbai near her
apartment on March 18, 2014. She filed an FIR against the molester.
3. Gauahar Khan

Gauahar was slapped by a man on the sets of the reality show,
India’s Raw Star in December 2014. It was said that the man slapped her because
she was wearing ‘short clothes’.
4. Bipasha Basu

Bipasha was molested during the promotion of her film Raaz 3D
in August 2012. When the actress went to Ahmedabad as a part of the movie’s
promotional tour, the crowd got out of control and a man even tugged at Bipasha’s
skirt.
5. Sushmita Sen

When Sushmita went to inaugurate a jewellery store in March
2011in Pune, a mob gathered outside. She was molested by the crowd when she was
trying to get inside her car.
6. Gul Panag

Gul was molested while she
participating at one of the Delhi Marathons in November 2010. A few men, who
were running along, came too close for comfort and started touching her. She
spoke up about the incident later.
7. Sonakshi Sinha

of men tried to touch her improperly.
8. Esha Deol

Esha was assaulted on August 11, 2005 in Pune. A man tried to
take advantage of the big crowd to get close to her. But she wasn’t scared and
slapped him on his face then and there.

to Kolkata to attend a function which was organized by South Kolkata’s Durga
puja committee. After the event got over, the crowd pushed her security
personnel and much to Katrina’s horror, allegedly started molesting her.

interviews in Mauritius. She returned to India totally shaken. Later, the
stalker was put behind bars.
11. Minissha Lamba

In April 2011, Minissha was molested on a beach in Goa during a photoshoot
for a men’s magazine. She was naturally shocked but went on to finish the
shoot.
12. Koena Mitra

In January 2008, Koena was allegedly molested at a New Year Eve’s party at a
five-star hotel in Mumbai. The incident was widely covered and the man was
later arrested.
