Shahid Kapoor’s wife Mira Rajput recently posted a picture of her new hair on Instagram. Posing after giving herself a haircut, wearing a two shade button-down shirt, Mira captioned her picture thus, “Split personality. Also gave myself a haircut. #tamethesplits #punintended” The ‘witty’ caption didn’t go down with a particular user, a lady, who ended up schooling Mira on the casual usage of ‘split personality’. The lady told Shahid Kapoor’s wife, “Split personality is an actual disorder and not a funny caption.”
The discussion on mental health and wellbeing has become a particularly pertinent topic of late. Discussion and debate on topics that were taboo until sometime back are encouraged. In this scenario, the said internet user probably found it necessary to make a point while replying to Mira Rajput’s picture. Mira is very active on social media. The lady also has a thriving personal world outside of the star wife bubble she is perceived to live in. Shahid and Mira spent a large part of the lockdown at the Radha Soamy Satsang Centre at Beas. The two own a house in Beas and chose to spend time away from Mumbai during the initial stages of the lockdown.
Shahid is currently working on his upcoming film Jersey. His last was Kabir Singh, a mega money-spinner at the box-office.
