Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan starrer Swades has a special place in the hearts of every fan in the country. Recently, the US Navy Band Sea Chanters shared a song of happiness and love at a small performance for the Ambassador of India to the United States, Taranjit Singh Sandhu. They sang a special rendition of the song Yeh Jo Des Hai Tera from Shah Rukh Khan’s film Swades. Now, Shah Rukh Khan made a tweet and reacted to the performance.

On Twitter, Taranjit Singh Sandhu tweeted the video and thanked the US Navy Band for the superb performance. He thanked the band and wished everyone a very Happy Holi. Sandhu tweeted, “Thank you @usnavyband for a superb performance. #HappyHoli Let the colours & music brighten our lives!” Reacting to this, Shah Rukh Khan retweeted the tweet and responded. The actor thanked Sandhu for sharing the beautiful video of the band singing Yeh Jo Des Hai Tera. He called it ‘lovely’ and mentioned getting all nostalgic about the time spent making the beautiful film and belief sung in the song. Shah Rukh tagged Ashutosh Gowariker, A R Rahman, and producer Ronnie Screwvala for making it all possible. He tweeted, “Thank u for sharing this sir. How lovely. Meanwhile, the video of the US Navy Band singing the song from Swades was first shared by the US Navy on their Twitter handle. The song was performed at the US Navy CNO’s dinner celebrating the relations between the two countries. Talking about the song Yeh Jo Des Hai Mera, it was sung by A R Rahman.
