Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan completed nearly three decades in the industry with 29 years of his debut film Deewana. The movie released in theatres on June 25 in 1992. SRK made his Hindi acting debut with the film. A day ahead of the film Deewana completing 29 years of its release, Shah Rukh’s fans started the trend ‘#29GoldenYearsOfSRK’ on Twitter. As King Khan’s fans trend #29GoldenYearsOfSRK, the actor made a tweet and expressed how overwhelmed he is with the love from everyone.

Taking to his Twitter handle, Shah Rukh Khan tweeted, “Been working. Just saw the ’overwhelmed ness’ of the lov of nearly 30 yrs u r showering on me here. Realised it’s more than half my life in the service of hoping to entertain u all. Will take out time tomorrow & share some love back personally. Thx needed to feel loved….” The actor made the tweet and informed fans that he has been working. He said that he saw the love of nearly 30 years that his fans and the audience have showered on him. SRK promised his fans that he will take out time on Friday, June 25 and share some love back personally. He spoke about how he has spent more than half of his life in the service of hoping to entertain his fans.

Even 29 years after his debut film, SRK continues to enjoy a massive fan base. He has won hearts over the decades with his stellar performances and charms. Talking about the film Deewana, Shah Rukh played the role of Raja Sahai opposite actress Divya Bharti. The movie also starred Rishi Kapoor, Amrish Puri, Mohnish Behl, Alok Nath, Dalip Tahil and others. For the unversed, film Deewana producer Guudu Dhanoa revealed during an interview with Pinkvilla, how Shah Rukh Khan did not have dates for the movie. He later managed a 35-day schedule, completed shooting for Deewana, making it his debut film. Dhanoa also revealed that SRK was paid Rs 1.50 Lakh for his first film.
