It’s that time of the year when India celebrates the golden heritage of the country and remembers the sacrifices made by soldiers at the border. As the nation celebrates its 68th Republic Day today, Bollywood stars took to social media to wish the citizens of the country.

Shah Rukh Khan, who is currently in the Capital for the promotions of his film, Raees, celebrated Republic Day with jawans in Punjabi style. In a couple of adorable videos that he posted on his Twitter account, the superstar can be seen shaking a leg with Bhangra dancers and jawans. Notice how the soldiers are matching steps with SRK on the popular number – Chaiyya Chaiyya from Dil Se (1998).




While Shah Rukh had a gala time with the jawans, close friend Karan Johar took to social media to release a poster from his upcoming production, The Ghazi Attack. Karan wrote: This #RepublicDay, my salute and gratitude to the protectors of our country. Jai Hind!!!
