Bollywood’s veteran couple Javed Akhtar and Shabana Azmi slammed the troll for disrespecting the lyricist great great grandfather Fazl-e-Haq Khairabadi. The senior couple taking to their respective Twitter account slammed the trolls; it all happened Javed Akhtar slammed a portal as they used pictures of 100 Muslim women without their consent. This portal also mentioned alongside the pictures that these women were being auctioned. So this got Javed Akhtar being trolled, as the many taking a dig at him, dragged his great grandfather in their disrespectful tweets.
Troll taking a dig at Javed Akhtar’s great great grandfather, Tweeted, “Javed Akhtar’s Great grandfather Maulana Fazle Haq Khairabadi, gave a Fatwa to capture and bring down Hanuman gari temple in 1855.. British actually saved the temple.” This got the senior actress and Javed Akhtar’s wife Shabana Azmi to slam the Tweet carrying incorrect information. She tweeted, “This is pure lies . Fazle Haq was a freedom fighter who was sentenced to Kala Pani by the British.”
She added, “He died in the Andamans and his grave is still there where he is revered as a hero .If you want to know more about him read “Baghi Hindustan”.”
