Early this morning, Saroj Khan breathed her last in the ICU of a hospital in Mumbai. She was 71 and died due to cardiac arrest. Bollywood has been mourning the loss of Industry’s ace dance director since then. A couple of hours ago, Saroj Khan’s daughter informed her fans and followers that the family will hold no prayer meet due to COVID-19. Bollywood newbies Janhvi Kapoor, Ananya Panday and Sara Ali Khan have now offered their condolences to the Khan family. Before making a mark in Bollywood, a couple of films old actresses shared their memories with Masterji.
Janhvi Kapoor shared an old picture with Masterji and wrote, “Can’t thank my stars enough for getting the chance to learn from you. I always cherished every moment I spent in the classroom with you but now even more. You are truly special, truly a legend for what you’ve given our cinema through your dance. We’ll miss you Sarojji” Sara Ali Khan, on the other hand, shared a picture from their rehearsal and wrote, “You’ll forever be an inspiration to all of us. So thankful and grateful for the moments I’ve been lucky enough to share with you.
Taking to Insta story, Ananya shared a picture of Masterji with a heartbreak emoji, while the other picture sees Ananya taking blessings from late Saroj Khan. She wrote on the picture, “Love you masterji,” ending with a heart emoji.
