National Award-winning choreographer Saroj Khan passed away on July 3, 2020, due to cardiac arrest. Social media was flooded with posts of people expressing their grief over the loss of the ace choreographer. Celebrities such as Amitabh Bachchan, Taapsee Pannu took to their social media to mourn the huge loss. Now, Madhuri Dixit also expressed her devastation over the death of Saroj Khan, who had been the actress’ friend and guru.
Madhuri Dixit took to her Twitter and said that she would forever be grateful to Saroj Khan for helping her reach her full potential in dance, and that she would miss her. The tweet read, “I'm devastated by the loss of my friend and guru, Saroj Khan. Will always be grateful for her work in helping me reach my full potential in dance. The world has lost an amazingly talented person. I will miss you My sincere condolences to the family. #RIPSarojji.”
Saroj Khan had choreographed some of the most memorable songs in Bollywood in a career spanning over 40 years.
