Sara Ali Khan made her Bollywood debut with Abhishek Kapoor's 2018 released romantic film ‘Kedarnath’ opposite Sushant Singh Rajput. It’s been 4 years since the film had hit theatres. As Kedarnath clocks four years of its release, Sara penned a heartfelt gratitude note, remembering her co-star and late actor Sushant. She shared her unseen pictures with SSR and said she learned a lot from Sushant about music, films, life, acting, and more. Sara’s post made fans emotional as netizens said they miss Sushant a lot.

On Wednesday, the Simmba actress dropped a series of behind-the-scenes pictures from the film shoot. Sara was seen posing for happy and playful pictures with Sushant, director Abhishek Kapoor and the other cast and crew of the film. Alongside the photos, she wrote, “4 years ago my biggest dream came true. It still feels like a dream and now perhaps always will. I’d do anything to go back to August 2017 and shoot every scene of this film again, relive every moment again, learn so much from Sushant about music, films, books, life, acting, stars and the sky, witness every sunrise, sunset and moonrise, listen to the sound of the river, enjoy every plate of Maggi and Kurkure, wake up at 4am to get ready, be introduced and directed by Gattu sir, and just be Mukku all over again.”

For the unversed, Sushant Singh Rajput died at the age of 34 on June 14, 2020, in Mumbai. He was found dead hanging from the ceiling fan of his room. Reportedly, the cause of death was ruled to be suicide and the official postmortem reports concluded Rajput died of asphyxia due to hanging. SSR’s sudden demise sent shockwaves across the entertainment industry and the entire Bollywood mourned his sad demise.
