Salman Khan's youngest saale sahab Aayush Sharma wants to make it big as an actor. And it can't get better than learning on the job. So, Sallu has made Aayush the first assistant director of Sultan.

The list of people Bhai has introduced in Bollywood is unending. And we hear, he intends to launch his li'l sister Arpita'a husband too (Who is Salman's latest find?, July 20).

But the mentor has a different advice for his brother-in-law - learn the ropes of the trade first.

Sallu told him it was important for any actor to have a sound knowledge of the technical side -- be it camera angle, or shot division.

The Bajrangi Bhaijaan actor, we hear, also gave the youngster examples of actors like Varun Dhawan and Sonam Kapoor, who worked as assistant directors before facing the camera. (While Sonam assisted Sanjay Leela Bhansali on Black, Varun was Karan Johar's AD in My Name Is Khan).

Aayush has taken the advice seriously and is assisting director Ali Abbas Zafar on the Salman-starrer. The shooting of the film began on November 22 at ND Studio in Karjat and sources say he is working really hard on the set.

Before this, Aayush had also accompanied Salman to Kashmir during the shoot of Bajrangi Bhaijaan.
