We wonder what is Salman Khan's aversion to photographers these days. It has happened for the third time - this time, with a solo photog who was simply doing his job.
When the actor was promoting his upcoming film Prem Ratan Dhan Payo at Mehboob Studios in Bandra, Mumbai yesterday, the photographer in question decided to cover it. He arrived towards the end of the event and waited for an opportunity to click Salman and his leading lady Sonam Kapoor.
However, the lensman was not only pushed aside by Salman's battery of guards, led by Raju, but also forcefully escorted to a corner and grounded there till the actor left the venue.
"Raju even ordered two of his men to frisk me and check my phone to see who informs me about Salman's whereabouts. I've often clicked Bhai and if he refuses to be clicked, I've respected it. But such behaviour from his team is unexpected and defames Salman more than his men," said the lensman on request of anonymity.
This comes less than a week after the Bajrangi Bhaijaan star created a ruckus at the airport when some photogs tried to click his pictures (Not again! Salman Khan gets into a tangle with lensmen, October 23). Before this, Salman's security team had misbehaved with the paparazzi at a Kick event, as a result of which the photographers had banned the star for a while.
