Salman Khan has been moving all his business commitments
in-house. From launching his own clothing line to now planning to launch his
own brand of e-cycles and gym equipment, he is trying to do everything with
the people among his own family.
The latest we get to know is he is parting ways with his
management company Matrix as he wants his family members to look after the
business aspect now.
Salman and Matrix have been through ups and downs
together. The company has served him with glorious 9 years of his life,
and finally they are parting on mutually agreed amicable terms. A joint
statement was issued a while back. Trade expert Taran Adarsh tweeted the full
statement a while ago.

Here's what the statement said:
Salman Khan is returning to an in-house model for
managing his business arrangements. To kick off, Salman is doing a concert tour
of Asia Pacific spearheaded by his brother Sohail Khan.
It is well known that the actor’s family used to manage
his business arrangements before he signed up with Matrix nine years ago.
The actor and Matrix confirmed that it has been a very
close and successful relationship, and they will continue to interact on
specific opportunities. Matrix will continue to service ongoing contracts as
well as conclude deals that are at an advanced stage of negotiation.
Apart from producing movies and ads in-house, the actor
is also working on launching his own brand of e-bicycles and gym equipment. His
clothing line is already among the most successful brands in India.
You may recall that a misunderstanding between Salman
Khan and Sanjay Dutt over Matrix MD, Reshma Shetty snowballed & and Salman
& Sanjay had a major face-off in Madrid during IIFA 2016 because of that.
Turns out, when Sanjay was out on parole in December
2014, he was advised by Salman to hire Reshma Shetty (who was Salman’s manager
then). Sanjay took Salman’s word and Reshma was brought on board. However, even
after many months of waiting, the actor did not land a single project. Finally,
when Sanjay fired Reshma, buzz was that it
rubbed Salman the wrong way and thus began the end of a long friendship.
Well, Salman has seen the best times of his career in the
last decade, we hope this decision works in his favour and his career
flourishes even more with the in-house management.
