Even at 53, Salman Khan is one of the most eligible bachelors in Bollywood. The superstar enjoys a massive fan following and we’re sure he still continues receiving proposals from many girls. While, the actor doesn’t seem to harbour plans of settling down anytime soon, his love for kids is not hidden.

We have often seen videos of the actor playing with kids and it’s evident that he simply loves children. So recently, when he was asked about his plans of embracing father, the actor said that while he loves the idea of having kids, he doesn’t want them to come along with a mother.

In an interview to Mumbai Mirror, Salman opened up on plans of fatherhood. "I want children, but with children comes the mother. I don't want the mother, but they need one. But I have a whole village to take care of them. Maybe I can work out a win-win situation for everyone."

While Salman would want to have kids, marriage is definitely not on his mind right now. When asked about his marriage plans, actor said, "Not for some time."

Not too long ago, a Times of India report stated that Salman is planning to go the surrogacy way.  The report stated, “Since Salman Khan is yet not ready for marriage, our sources have told us that the actor is opting for surrogacy instead. Many stars from Bollywood like Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Karan Johar, Ekta Kapoor have opted for surrogacy in recent times. And now, Salman Khan is also ready to follow this route since he has no plans to get married. The actor has always shared a close bonding with his nieces and nephews, and finally he is ready to welcome his own kid to the Khan family through surrogacy.”

Meanwhile, on the professional front, Salman Khan is looking ahead for the release of his upcoming flick Bharat, which is an official remake of a Korean film, An Ode To My Father. The movie is slated to release on June 5. Then, he will reunite with Katrina Kaif and Ali Abbas Zafar again for Tiger 3 that may go on the floors in January next year.
