Despite the concerns of his admirers, as the firing case at his Bandra residence is under investigation, Bollywood filmmaker and actor Salman Khan recently attended the premiere screening of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s debut web series Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar, on Wednesday in Mumbai. He was one of the many well-known celebrities who marked their presence on the red carpet of the screening. He arrived at the venue with his heavy security in tow.
Fans went gaga over the 58-year-old actor attending the event amid the ongoing investigation of the firing at his Bandra residence, Galaxy Apartments. Well, it was his outfit that stole the show. Unlike the other celebrities who attended the event in traditional and ethnic ensembles, Salman was dressed in an oversized black shirt, black undershirt, and funky, anime-themed white pants. There were several anime characters printed on the white pants, including Dragon Ball Z. Well, this has certainly not gone down well with the netizens who even recommended he change his stylist.

For the unversed, fans were also left ecstatic with Khan’s appearance on Heermandi’s premiere as it dismissed the rumours of the ongoing feud between SLB and the actor. It was heavily reported that the filmmaker and actor parted on a bad note after their Inshallah was shelved, for various reasons. The movie was also supposed to star Alia Bhatt in the lead role.
On the work front, Salman Khan will be next seen in AR Murugadoss’ upcoming action flick. He also has Vishu Vardhan and Karan Johar’s The Bull in the pipeline. If reports are to be believed he will be collaborating with Shah Rukh Khan, for YRF’s spy thriller Pathaan vs Tiger.
