The second wave of coronavirus has hit India badly. Given the rise in covid cases, many hospitals are running out of oxygen cylinders, hospital beds and even medicines. In this tough time, celebrities are doing their best to help the needy. Salman Khan, who is currently making a huge buzz because of his upcoming film Radhe, along with Zee Entertainment has pledged to donate all revenue from the film for COVID-19 relief.

The actor's production house and the entertainment company has partnered with GiveIndia for the relief work. The donation will help procure medical equipment such as oxygen cylinders, concentrators and ventilators. A spokesperson from Salman Khan Films said in a statement that they are glad to be a part of this noble initiative to contribute towards the Nation's fight against COVID-19.

"We have come to realise that holding up the release of a pre-shot film may not help us in any way but using its proceeds towards fighting the pandemic is a more suitable and pragmatic approach," said in a statement. For the uninitiated, Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai will be released in theatres on May 13, and will also simultaneously stream on multiple platforms, including OTT and DTH services.

Directed by Prabhu Deva, Radhe also stars Disha Patani, Randeep Hooda and Jackie Shroff. Yesterday, the makers of the film released the title track of the film and it received an amazing response. Salman Khan's uber-cool avatar and Disha Patani's stylish looks left fans impressed. Radhe's other two songs - Seeti Maar and Dil De Diya also received a great response.
