Makers of Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif starrer Tiger 3 have incurred heavy losses. As per reports in ETimes, makers had constructed sets in Mumbai for the film shoot which was to begin from March 2021, but due to the lockdown, the filming could not resume. In addition to it, Mumbai rains majorly affected the sets and it led to major damages. The set was constructed with the help of 250-300 workers, however now with the damage caused due to rains, they were advised to demolish this massive set.
The report further states that now 100-150 workers are given the task to reconstruct the set; this has left the producers to incur losses amounting to Rs. 8-9 crore. This is the third film in the Tiger franchise and will be helmed by Manish Sharma. It also stars Emraan Hashmi. He is said to be playing the role of an antagonist in the movie and has been working on his body by sweating it out in the gym, to perfect his look like a villain. Tiger 3 is reported to take off from the climax point of Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathan.
As per the latest reports in the media, Maharashtra is likely to shoot TV shows and films to resume, only if COVID-19 cases decrease.
Meanwhile, the Bodyguard actor announced that his popular onscreen character Chulbul Pandey from the Dabangg franchise getting an animated twist.
