After the tragic demise of Sushant Singh Rajput, his million fans have expressed their rage towards star kids and their films. Speaking of which, Sanjay Dutt, Alia Bhatt and Aditya Roy Kapur starrer Sadak 2 wasn't treated with love and instead had to face a severe backlash from the social media users. After facing the wrath of the netizens, the film yet again has fallen into trouble and this time it is a religious problem. Reportedly, Vishva Hindu Parishad (VHP) is now seeking action against filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt's directorial venture which is yet to release on the OTT platform. According to Times Now, VHP has claimed that the film is an anti-Hindu and it will hurt Hindu sentiments.
That's not it, the spokesperson of VHP has requested the central government to take action against the film, whether to ban the film or not. Moreover, VHP's spokesperson, Vijay Shankar Tiwari wrote a tweet sometime back where he has mentioned that the film has insulted the Hindu sentiments. The tweet also mentioned that the film is filled with nepotism products as it stars Alia Bhatt and Aditya Roy Kapur and Mahesh Bhatt is endorsing nepotism through this film, hence, wants action against it. His tweet read, "महेश भट्ट के निर्देशन बनी फिल्म सड़क सड़क में एक बार फिर हिन्दू आस्था को अपमानित किया गया है जिसे हाटस्टार में दिखाया जाएगा,फिल्म केवल नेपोटिज्म के प्रोडक्ट्स भरे पड़े हैं, जिन्हें महेश भट्ट आगे बढ़ा रहे हैं। केन्द्र सरकार इस पर कार्यवाही करे।"
Meanwhile, the trailer of Sadak 2 was released a few minutes back which looks pretty intriguing. While sharing the trailer with her fans on Twitter, Alia tweeted, "Three Streams, Three Stories. One Journey. Watch #Sadak2Trailer Out Now."
