Baahubali director SS Rajamouli’s RRR (Rise Roar Revolt in Hindi) is one of the much-awaited pan-India films. Ever since the announcement of the film, fans’ enthusiasm raised 100X times. Amidst this, the multistarrer RRR has now gotten a release date and it will have a worldwide release on October 13, 2021, on the festive occasion of Dussehra. Starring NTR, Ram Charan, Ajay Devgn, Alia Bhatt, Samuthirakani and Allison Doody amongst a host of other popular actors from Indian cinema.
Announcing the same on Instagram, Alia Bhatt shared a new poster of the film and wrote, “Get ready for RRR, in cinemas on 13.10.2021 #RRRFestivalOnOct13th #RRR #RRRMovie” where the director too shared the poster and backed it with, “Witness the unstoppable force of fire and water on October 13, 2021. #RRRMovie #RRRFestivalOnOct13th”. Speaking about this development, producer DVV Danayya said, “We have come to the end of RRR’s shooting schedule and are very excited to bring this film to the audiences. We are happy to celebrate a massive festival like Dussehra with the audience, in the theatres.” After announcing the release date of the film, fans expressed their excitement on the same.
Talking about the film, RRR is a period actioner that portrays the fictional take on the lives of Telugu freedom fighters Komaram Bheem and Alluri Seetharama Raju’s lives before they started their fight for independence.
