Baby Doll singer Kanika Kapoor who recently traveled to London has been tested positive for coronavirus. She has been admitted to a hospital in Lucknow. Reportedly, Kanika was with her family for 10 days before she tested positive and even attended a few parties. Over this, Kanika Kapoor also faced backlash and was called irresponsible as she attended parties despite having a travel history to Coronavirus affected area. Now, Bollywood's veteran actor Rishi Kapoor has shared his views on her diagnoses.
Rishi Kapoor who is very active on Twitter had a humorous take and stated that 'Kapoors' are having a tough time these days. Sharing a picture of Kanika Kapoor and Yes Bank Founder Rana Kapoor, the Bobby Star wrote, "Aaj kal kuch “Kapoor”logon pe time bhaari hai. Darta hoon. Hey Malik raksha karna doosre “Kapoor-on”ki! Koi galat kaam na ho kabhi. Jai Mata Di!"
In the next tweet, Rishi Kapoor questioned the security checks at Taj Hotels as Kanika Kapoor had attended a party at the esteemed hotel in Lucknow. He tweeted, "Think. Chalo Delhi airport se to nikal gayi. Why an establishment like The Taj Lucknow Hotel didn’t have the facility to screen visitors? After all the Taj is a huge name and a property. Surely they could have detected!"
