Rhea Chakraborty Arrested: Kubbra Sait, Anubhav Sinha, Hansal Mehta, Zoya Akhtar Express Their Disappointment Over Drug Charges

After days of interrogation, the Narcotics Control Bureau arrested Rhea Chakraborty. The investigating agency stepped in to probe the drug angle in Sushant Singh Rajput's death case. Post her arrest, she was taken to the Sion Hospital for a medical test. Now, as per the reports, she'll be produced in front of the magistrate court via video conferencing at 7.30 pm. While Sushant Singh Rajput's fans who were demanding justice since long are hailing this move of NCB, many like Kubbra Sait, Anubhav Sinha, Zoya Akhtar and others have sided with Rhea.

On Twitter, Sacred Games actress Kubbra Sait shared, "May the universe give the parents of Rhea the strength through this devastating time. Arrested by NCB. Still not a murderer. #MediaCircus I wonder your conversations over your shaam ki chai." Filmmaker Hansal Mehta without taking any names wrote, "Not abetment of suicide, not money laundering, not murder? Now I know why marijuana is not legalised in India yet." Photographer and producer Atul Kasbekar wrote, "One must congratulate the powers that be on the incisive investigative work that has resulted nailing these highly dangerous drug lords. Our streets are safe again..."
