Her dietitian Rujuta Divekar took to
Instagram yesterday to share the secret behind Kareena’s fab abs – and guess
what – it’s having a helping of pulao for dinner.
No kidding! Kareena Kapoor Khan has rice for
dinner, every single night, because as her dietitian says #RiceIsNice.
Speaking to a section of the media about her
diet, Kareena had earlier said, “Usually, when the next day I have to go ahead
and shoot; I simply have dal/rice or ‘pulao’ and ‘raita’. Also ‘kichadi’ is
something I prefer eating for my dinner. People have a wrong notion that if
they eat rice they may put on weight. This simple diet has ample amount
nutrition and keeps your weight in check. Hence I feel light and surely look
slim and proper on the screen!”
