Ranveer Singh Joins Deepika Padukone's Video Call With Lawyers; Actress Pinning The Blame On Managers Karishma And Jaya Saha - REPORTS

Deepika Padukone's name got attached to the alleged drugs nexus of Bollywood after her chats with manager Karishma Prakash came to light. In the chats, the two were reportedly discussing 'maal', 'hash' and more. Today, it was reported that the actress has been summoned by the Narcotics Control Bureau for investigation and she is expected to join the probe on September 25th. Meanwhile, her manager Karishma Prakash has also been summoned. The latest report in Republic states that the actress is mounting pressure on Karishma to not reveal details to NCB.

As per the report, sources have informed the news channel that Deepika Padukone is pinning the blame for 'revealing drug secrets' on manager and KWAN employees Karishma Prakash and Jaya Saha. After the actress received a summon from the NCB, she is said to have called her team of 12 lawyers to discuss the further course of action. This video call with lawyers was also attended by her husband Ranveer Singh, says the report.

Deepika Padukone who flew down to Goa to shoot for her next film is expected to return to the city soon via charter plane.
