Some time back, a video of Ranbir Kapoor went viral after a fan of him touched his feet and then sat on the floor as the actor sat on sofa and the duo had a conversation. This video didn’t go well with netizens who trolled the actor and thought his behavior was rude.
A troll wrote, “Fan meet hai but dara kyu raha hai use.. fake base wali awaz ke bina aram se baat kr sakta hai ye. Ab apne fake insta se stalk karega sab comments,” while another said, “Is Rabir a God or something? Why is he not telling his fan to sit on the couch #disappointingranbir.” Another user suggested him, “Atleast he should have asked him to sit with him.” A netizen wrote, “He is looking so proud n rude to his fan....why cant he greet hi wid some gesture n hospitality...had it been a girl ..i m sure his reactuon wud hv been differnt.” A user also said, “No manners looks like Ranbir did not learn anything in school.”
Now, his fan has stood up for his idol and in a video clarified as to why he sat on floor when he meet the actor. The man’s name is Vikrant Singh. He explained that Ranbir is not a bad celebrity as is being portrayed by the trolls and he went on to say that he sat on the floor as he was too engrossed in showing the photo album that he had curated for his favourite star.
