A few days ago, Bollywood filmmaker Karan Johar hosted a grand party for his friends from film fraternity at his residence. The bash was attended by many Bollywood stars including Deepika Padukone, Ranbir Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor, Malaika Arora, Shahid Kapoor, Vicky Kaushal and many more. Karan Johar took to his social media to share a video of the party at his house where the actors can be seen having a great time and chit-chatting with each other and the video went viral.
Now, a few days later, Manjinder Sirsa, politician and a member of the Shiromani Akali Dal, has shared the same video on Twitter and claimed that the Bollywood stars were in a drugged state at Karan Johar’s party and that they are flaunting it. He said he was disgusted and is raising his voice against drug abuse by these Bollywood stars. His caption read, “#UDTABollywood - Fiction Vs Reality Watch how the high and mighty of Bollywood proudly flaunt their drugged state!! I raise my voice against #DrugAbuse by these stars. RT if you too feel disgusted.” He went on to tag some of the actors in the video, namely Shahid Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, Arjun Kapoor, Varun Dhawan, Karan Johar and Vicky Kaushal.

Film producer Pooja Shetty Deora’s politician husband Milind Deora took to Twitter and clarified by saying that his wife was also present at the same party and that nobody was in a drugged state. He asked Sirsa to stop spreading lies and defaming people. Twitterati too came out in support of Bollywood celebs as there was no evidence that they were drugged. Check out the Tweets here:

Meanwhile, Karan Johar’s next, Takht, will be a multi-starrer period drama and will include Ranveer Singh, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Vicky Kaushal, Alia Bhatt, Janhvi Kapoor, Bhumi Pednekar, Anil Kapoor. KJo has also announced the Hindi remake of Vijay Deverakonda’s Dear Comrade.
