Meanwhile, Ranbir Kapoor has gone ahead and taken the first step towards making things official between the families. According to a report in Mumbai Mirror, Alia’s steady boyfriend of 2 years and her Brahmastra co-star, Ranbir, recently paid a visit to her father, Mahesh Bhatt.
What did Ranbir do? Yes, like a good boy he asked for Alia’s hand at marriage, and very respectfully so. There were some waterworks, reports the paper. Ranbir couldn’t help but shed a few tears as he asked to marry Alia Bhatt.
Ranbir and Alia, the lovebirds are currently spending a lot of time together as besides personal time, they are also working with each other in Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra. The movie is slated for an early 2020 release (just like their wedding).
