Filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma recently received severe backlash on social media after a video of him kissing and licking the toes of the actress Ashu Reddy went viral. During the promotion of his film ‘Dangerous’, RGV sat on the floor and kissed and sucked interviewer Ashu’s toes with her permission. This act of him did not go down well with netizens as well as with some celebrities as they slammed the director. Now, in his recent tweet, Ram Gopal stated he learned the 'dangerous' emotion he felt while sitting at Ashu's feet from his heroine Apsara Rani's dog.
Taking to his Twitter handle, Ram Gopal Varma shared two photos together and wrote, "The DANGEROUS emotion I felt when sitting at the feet of #AshuReddy is what I learnt from @_apsara_rani ‘s DOG whose insta I’d is.” The director also dropped a picture of Apsara Rani with her dog and captioned, “Eh sabse bada DANGEROUS mai hoon! Khabardaar jo mera @_apsara_rani ko haath lagaaya...Jahaan kaatoonga tum log jaanthe bhi nahi.”
Talking about his film ‘Dangerous’, the film starred Apsara Rani and Naina Ganguly as lesbians. The film showed how the lesbian couple fights against society to lead a happy married life. The film was released on December 9, 2022, in Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil, and Hindi. Dangerous marked RGV’s second collaboration with both Apsara and Naina as they had earlier worked with the director in the film D Company.
