The auspicious occasion of Raksha Bandhan won't be the same for late actor Sushant Singh Rajput's sisters any more. His tragic loss has only added an irreparable void in their hearts. It was only some time ago that Sushant's eldest sister Nitu Singh aka Rani Di had penned a heart-wrenching note, remembering her late brother on Rakhi. Now, another sister of the Kai Po Che actor has cherished all the good times spent with him during his childhood days. We are talking about his US-based sister Shweta Singh Kirti, who has been quite active on social media. Other than thousands of fans, Sushant Singh Rajput's ex-girlfriend Ankita Lokhande, too, poured in her love on the same.

The post shared by Shweta Singh Kriti is a compilation of some of their throwback pictures that show the Rajput kids celebrating Rakhi. With Sushant Singh Rajput being the only child, he could be seen surrounded all by his sisters and his mother. Needless to say, these pictures brought back a lot of memories and they are sure to make you emotional. In her caption, Shweta showered love on her dear baby brother by writing, "Happy Rakshabandhan mera sweet sa baby... bahut pyaar karte hain hum aapko jaan... aur hamesha karte rahenge... you were, you are and you will always be our PRIDE! @sushantsinghrajput #happyrakshabandhan." Ankita Lokhande

As for Sushant's elder sister Nitu, an excerpt from her note read, Gulshan, my child. It's my day today. It's your day today. It's our day today. Today is Rakhi. For the first time in 35 years, the prayer plate is decorated, the lamp is lit and there's teeka, sweets, rakhi for you. Only the smiling face that I performed aarti for.. is missing. The forehead to put the teeka is missing. The wrist to tie the rakhi is missing. The mouth to sweeten is missing. There is no forehead to kiss. I don't have my brother to hug."
