Rajkummar Rao and Patralekhaa after 11 years of dating, tied the knot in Chandigarh in the presence of their family and close friends on November 15, 2021. The newly married couple shared some love soaked pictures from their wedding on Instagram with heartwarming notes. As reported by ETimes, the National Award Winning actor who is a huge fan of SRK, danced to some of the popular numbers of the superstar on his big day. Patralekhaa was seen grooving with him too.
A band played live music at the wedding, the report read, “Since Rajkummar is such a big SRK fan, it was a given that songs from SRK's films would play at the wedding. Rajkummar had requested the band to play his favourite songs from Shah Rukh Khan's films.” Not only that during the reception, but he also took away the mic from the band and crooned some movies songs featuring Shah Rukh Khan. He sang, Dil Se Re; meanwhile, the new bride joined him in the initial stages, she later joined her pals, Huma Qureshi and Aditi Rao Hydari watching hubby perform.
Their wedding reception was graced by Haryana chief minister, Manohar Lal. The duo looked stunning on their big day, as Rajkummar for the ritual wore a sherwani, Patralekhaa wore a red lehenga. Later Rao wore a black tuxedo and Patralekhaa draped a beautiful golden saree for their reception.
