Having experienced the grandeur of the major 2024 release, PV Sindhu shared her delight and admiration on social media. Reposting the action flick's poster from Hrithik Roshan's Instagram, the national athlete expressed, "What a movie! Hrithik and Deepika, just uff. Anil sir, just timeless." In swift response, Deepika Padukone acknowledged Sindhu's praise for the movie, reposting her post and expressing, "Love you." Fighter stars Hrithik Roshan as Shamsher Pathania (Patty), Deepika Padukone as Squadron Leader Minal Rathore (Minni), and Anil Kapoor as Group Captain Rakesh Jai Singh (Rocky). In addition to them, Karan Singh Grover takes on the role of Squadron Leader Sartaj Gill, affectionately known as Taj, in the action film. Akshay Oberoi portrays Squadron Leader Basheer Khan, while Rishabh Sawhney embodies Azhar Akhtar. Sanjeeda Sheikh plays Saanchi Gill, Ashutosh Rana portrays Abhijeet Rathore, and Geeta Agrawal takes on the role of Usha Rathore.
The cast also includes Talat Aziz as Patty's father, Sharib Hashmi as Wing Commander Varthaman, and several other talented actors. Fighter is a box office hit as the film has already raked Rs 200 crore worldwide before the first week of release.
