Kamaal Rashid Khan, popularly known as KRK, knows how to be funny (unintentionally, of course). But this time around, his rant on Twitter about Bombay Velvet is getting rather annoying.

It all started when he declared that he won’t be reviewing films anymore. Reason? He alleged that Anurag Kashyap and Karan Johar have threatened him to not review Bombay Velvet.

Of course, Anurag wasnt going to take it lying down. The filmmaker lashed out at KRK, stating that his allegations were completely baseless. He pointedly tweeted that he hadnt asked KRK to not review Bombay Velvet.

That would have shut up any self-respecting person, but KRK continued to be his obnoxious self. In response to Anurags tweet, KRK then posted a snapshot of a message that he claimed was sent by Karan Johar. He alleged that KJo threatened him to not review the Ranbir Kapoor-Anushka Sharma starrer.

Funnily enough, he didnt include Karans number in the snapshot. After all, many people in the industry and outside do have KJos number. So the message could be authenticated if KRK had displayed the number in the screenshot. Or did he intentionally hide the number because the message didnt originally come from that number?

And lets not even go to the hilarious language used in the text. Karan is one the most eloquent people in B-town and even on his worst day, he writes better than this!

Anyway, as if that wasnt lame enough, soon KRK posted another tweet. He posted a snapshot of another message and claimed that KJo was offering him Rs 25 lakhs to give a 4-star rating to his film.

Come on KRK, do you really want us to believe that Karan would be so scared of your ‘all-important review that he would bribe you?

As for Karan, he maintained a dignified silence. Clearly, he has better things to do than to retort to baseless tweets. And frankly, KRKs delusional stories do deserve the royal ignore.

Khan although went on tweeting that if KJo hasnt sent the message, he should deny it on Twitter.

Everyone knows that KRK is the publicity-hungry sort. But this seems to be a new low, even for him. We wonder what got into him that he got into this tirade (maybe he is hanging out too much with RGV, eh?). Care to explain, KRK?
