Producer Karim Morani and his two daughters- Shaza and Zoa - tested positive for Coronavirus. All three had to be hospitalised where they had to observe isolation. Now, Karim's one daughter, Shaza Morni, has recovered from the virus. Her tests came negative twice and doctors decided to send her home. Sharing about her discharge, Shaza stated that she is very happy to be going back home. She also revealed that she'll have to observe 14-days of self-quarantine as a precautionary measure.
Shaza quoted to Times Of India, "I’ve been tested negative twice, so I’m being discharged from the hospital. I am very happy to be going home. However, as a safety precaution, I have to self-quarantine at home for 14 more days. A big THANK YOU to all the doctors, nurses, cleaners and pantry workers for taking care of me so selflessly. I hope with all my heart that all of them remain safe and go home to their families soon."
She also spoke about her father and sister who are still recovering from the novel virus and stated, "They’re doing well. I am hoping to have them home as soon as possible.” Well, that's one good news for the Morani family.
It was Shaza who tested positive first out of the three. In an interview with us, actress Zoa Morani had revealed how Shaza did not have any symptoms yet tested positive. Zoa was quoted saying, "It was going on since 14 days. My sister Shaza got cold and cough and I got it the next day. It was light fever and headache. Shaza got perfectly okay after 7 days but my symptoms continued. I had cough too. We then decided that we should get tested. Strangely she who was asymptomatic has tested positive and I have tested negative." (Also Read: Zoa Morani Shares Her Daily Routine As A COVID-19 Patient; Feels ‘Was Meant To Go Through This’)
