Priyanka Chopra has been on a roll after the release of her 2021’s first release, The White Tiger, now the actress is on the moon with the launch of her memoir, Unfinished. Supremely excited and busy promoting her memoir, in conversation with TV show host Jimmy Fallon, on his chat show, The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon, she shared the story behind her first tattoo, seen on her arm. She revealed being very close to her father; gushing over him for being her cheerleader and greatest champion for her.
The Barfi actress said, “I was very close to my father. He was my greatest champion, my biggest cheerleader, like the loudest guy in the room. If I'd win an award, he'd be like, ''Ahhh!!'' and I had to tell him, 'Dad, you gotta play it cool now. But dad didn't know how to, he was just so excited about everything that I did. And when he died, it was just quiet in that corner, in that corner of cheer. Even though I have a very supportive family, but they weren't all as rambunctious as him.”
Sharing about her Daddy's Little Girl tattoo’s connection, she shared that getting it inked a year or two before he breathed his last. The actress, without revealing to him, got him to write it in his handwritten by telling him it is to be used as an artwork for her album.
