Aamir Khan’s daughter Ira Khan is an active social media user and constantly keeps her fans engaged and entertained with her pictures and posts. Ira has an interesting feed on social media where she has posted pictures of her exercising, working out, and her recent ones were after she turned a tattoo artist. In a video shared on her Instagram, Ira opened up about being clinically depressed. The aspiring filmmaker mentioned she is suffering from depression, in a video on social media.

Ira Khan shared a video and came out of the closet, accepting that she is clinically depressed. As we celebrated World Mental Health Day recently, Aamir Khan’s daughter made a video to raise awareness about the well-being of the mind and tried to bring people together to start a conversation on the need for awareness. The aspiring filmmaker started her video saying, “Hi, I'm depressed. I have been for more than four years now.” Ira shared she is suffering from depression for more than four years and continued, “I've been to a doctor and I'm clinically depressed.”

She said she is clinically depressed and mentioned about doing much better now. Ira Khan said, “I'm doing much better now. For over a year now, I wanted to do something for mental health, but I wasn't sure what to do."  The aspiring filmmaker mentioned how she has been wanting to do something for mental health but wasn’t sure of what to do exactly. She went on to share further, “I have decided to take you on a journey - my journey - and see what happens.” The star kid eventually ended her video abruptly saying, “Let's start from where I started. What do I have to be depressed about? Who am I to be depressed? I have everything, right?” Ira Khan shared the video with a long caption, wishing all her followers a ‘Happy World Mental Health Day’. Meanwhile, Ira Khan mentioned in her caption how a lot has been going on since the past few days and how a lot of people have a lot to say. She also expressed how things are really confusing and stressful and simple and okay, but not okay and life all together.  On the other hand, Ira Khan has managed to keep herself busy with a few activities during the lockdown, as was also seen spending quality time with her dad in Lonavala.
