Joker gave us goosebumps. First essayed by Heath Ledger and then by Joaquin Phoenix, the character of Joker instantly became fans favorite. A dark character like his got everyone at the edge of their seats. Fans all over the world tried to imitate the character and paid their tributes by painting their faces. Arjun Kapoor is the latest one to do so. He painted his face as that of Joker and posted it on social media. But, of course, how can meme-makers stay calm?
As Arjun posted his picture on Twitter, he gave it a Bollywood twist with his caption. He wrote, "Mera naam JOKER," referring to Raj Kapoor's famous movie. Soon his feed got filled with comments trolling him. Some people started thinking about Heath Ledger and Joaquin Phoenix's reaction to Arjun's Joker recreation. Not just fans, even Parineeti Chopra trolled her Ishaqzaade co-star on Instagram over his picture looking like Joker. As he posted the same picture on Insta with the same caption, Parineeti wrote, "harkatein bhi." Even Rakul Preet Singh dropped a comment that read, "Sachi baat" with laughing emoji.
