Bollywood actress Aditi Rao Hydari who has made her mark in the industry with her films like Delhi 6, Yeh Saali Zindagi, Rockstar, Murder 3 and Padmaavat has an intresting experience to share from her audition days. Recently, the beautiful actress made an appereance at a chat show Feet Up With The Stars. And host Anaita Shroff Adajania’s her asked about her weirdest memory from an audition.
Revealing about it Aditi said, “I don’t have any whacked out stories from auditions, except the Yeh Saali Zindagi audition where I had to literally make out with someone I didn’t know.” She added, “But at that point, I didn’t know him and he was a huge hulk of a guy and I was just like, ‘Uh...what’s going on here?” Aditi had starred alongside Arunoday Singh in the film which had a few intimate scenes between the two actors.
More on Aditi and Yeh Saali Zindagi. While narrating her experience of shooting for the film, Aditi had also said she was shocked when she found her backless pictures on the Internet. Consequently, Aditi stopped doing a Google searchon herself. Talking on this aspect to IANS, Aditi had said, “Once I googled myself and came across some not so pleasant images with bareback from my first movie. After that, I consciously decided to never Google myself again.”
Aditi made her Bollywood debut with Sonam Kapoor and Abhishek Bachchan’s Delhi 6 in which she played the role of Rama. But it took her some time after that and it was her role of Mehrunisa, the wife of antagonist Alauddin Khilji played by Ranveer Singh in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Padmaavat, that brought her right in the centre.
